Russia attacked 34 settlements in Sumy region: nine people were injured

From the morning of May 25 to the morning of May 26, Russia carried out almost 70 attacks on 34 settlements in 19 territorial communities of Sumy region. The Sumy and Shostka districts suffered the most attacks.
This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
Over the past 24 hours, nine civilians have been injured by enemy shelling. Private homes, cars, and civilian infrastructure have also been damaged.
In the Seredino-Bud community, men aged 29 and 42 were injured as a result of Russian drone strikes.
In the Velykypysarivska community, a drone injured a 74-year-old woman, and in the Sumy community, a 31-year-old man.
In the Romenska community, three women aged 56, 59, and 84 were injured after a UAV attack. In the Khutir-Mykhailivska community, a drone injured women aged 51 and 63.
In particular, Russian troops used mortars, artillery, FPV drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, and guided aerial bombs in the territory of Sumy Oblast.
The National Police and the State Emergency Service evacuated 36 people from border communities.
