Russia attacked a ship headed to a Ukrainian port with a drone: the captain died
A Russian drone attacked a Tanzanian-flagged civilian vessel heading to a Ukrainian port, killing the captain and injuring three other crew members.
This was reported by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
According to the agency, a Russian UAV attacked the vessel on September 17 as it was heading to a Ukrainian port. Information about the condition of the vessel itself is currently being clarified.
The ministry emphasized that Russia continues to attack civilian shipping in the Black Sea, as well as Ukrainian ports and port infrastructure.
Ukraine called on the international community to respond to Russian attacks and strengthen the protection of civilian shipping and international logistics routes.
