Russia attacked a ship with Ukrainian wheat in the Black Sea: one dead and one injured

In the Black Sea, Russian forces attacked a Guinea-Bissau-flagged merchant ship carrying Ukrainian wheat. The attack killed one person and injured three others.
This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.
According to him, the attack damaged the hull of the dry cargo ship, after which a fire broke out on board.
The ship’s crew was successfully evacuated to shore.
In particular, the victims are provided with the necessary medical assistance.
“Such strikes once again demonstrate the systematicity and cynicism of Russian terror, and also pose a threat to both the lives of civilians and global food security,” Kiper noted.
It was previously reported that a civilian vessel was damaged in the communities of Mykolaiv region as a result of Russian strikes over the past day.
