Russia attacked Kherson: there are dead and wounded

Russian occupiers attacked Kherson today, August 31. As a result of the attack, at least six people were injured, one woman was killed.

The regional and city administration reported this.

It is noted that at about 10:00 Russian troops covered the Central District of Kherson with artillery fire, and one of the city’s medical institutions came under attack.

At first, only one person was known to have been injured: a 54-year-old man with a fragment wound to the abdomen. The regional administration subsequently reported five more casualties.

Three men aged 36, 47 and 57 were hospitalized with mine blast and craniocerebral injuries and contusions. The emergency team provided assistance on the spot to two more men aged 63 and 69. They refused hospitalization.

As a result of an explosive device dropped from a drone in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, a woman was fatally injured.

In addition, at about 6:00 a.m., the Russian army shelled Belozerka in the Kherson region: a 56-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man were injured. They were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries and concussion.

Let us recall that on the night of August 31, the Defense Forces neutralized 126 Russian drones in the skies over Ukraine , and another 16 enemy UAVs were hit at ten locations.
