Russia attacked Kyiv: residential building in Podil damaged

A four-story residential building was damaged in a Russian attack in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv on the evening of August 27. A fire broke out on its roof.

This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration.

Information about possible victims is currently being clarified. Relevant services are on their way to the scene.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko clarified that emergency services are extinguishing a fire on the roof of a four-story residential building.

Earlier it was reported that on the night of Thursday, August 27, Russian occupation forces attacked several regions of Ukraine at once with missiles and strike drones . Explosions were heard in Kyiv, Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Kharkiv and Odessa. As a result of the attack, there were casualties and damage to residential buildings, an industrial enterprise, an educational institution and other civilian infrastructure.

As a reminder, in Kyiv, as a result of an attack by Russian troops, a direct hit by a Shahed rocket was recorded on the Valery Lobanovskyi Stadium.
