Russia attacked Odessa almost all night and morning: there are casualties.

Russian troops terrorized Odessa for almost the entire night and morning. The enemy attack damaged an infrastructure facility, an educational institution, and a multi-story residential building.

This was reported by the head of the Odessa city military administration, Sergei Lysak.

So far, three people are known to have been injured. They are men aged 24, 25, and 49. All were hospitalized in moderate condition.

Utility and emergency services continue to operate locally. District administration staff are documenting damage and providing assistance to residents.
