Russia attacked the port of Nikolaev, killing two people and damaging three foreign vessels.

On the morning of July 17, Russian forces used attack drones to attack Mykolaiv’s port infrastructure. The strike killed two Ukrainian citizens and damaged three foreign-flagged civilian vessels.

The Nikolaev Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this.

According to investigators, Russian military personnel attacked the city’s port infrastructure using Shahed-238 drones.

The attack damaged three civilian vessels moored at port facilities. Two Ukrainian citizens were killed in one of the hits while on board a foreign vessel.

Law enforcement officials are documenting the aftermath of the attack and investigating the circumstances of yet another Russian war crime.

Earlier in the evening, Russian occupation forces launched a missile strike on Odesa. The attack killed two people and wounded eight others, including three children. Residential buildings, a kindergarten, a religious institution, cars, and other civilian infrastructure were also damaged.
