Russia attacked Ukraine with 124 drones: the main blow was on the Kyiv region

Russia launched 124 drones over Ukraine during the day of September 28. Most of them – 86 – were jet-powered, and the Russians directed the main strike at the Kyiv region.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The attack lasted from 06:30 to 18:30. In addition to jet drones, the Russians launched “Gerbers”, “Banderoli”, “Dan-T” and other types of drones.
Ukrainian air defense shot down or suppressed 86 drones. Among them were 49 jet drones.
At the same time, the military recorded hits at 26 locations.
As of 6:30 p.m., the attack was still ongoing. Several Russian strike drones remained in the sky.
