Russia attacked Ukraine with ballistic missiles and 145 drones: Air defenses shot down more than a hundred targets.

On the night of October 31, Russian forces launched a massive air attack on Ukraine, using an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 145 drones of various types.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported this.
According to military officials, the missile was launched from Russia’s Rostov region, while the drones were flying in the directions of Kursk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and from the temporarily occupied towns of Chaudy and Gvardeyskoye in Crimea.
About 90 of the 145 drones were Shahed, the rest were other types of attack drones, notably Gerber.
Ukrainian air defense destroyed 1 ballistic missile and 107 enemy drones in the north, south, and east of the country.
Despite this, 36 strikes by attack drones were recorded in 20 locations. The attack continues in the morning, with several enemy drones in the airspace.
As a reminder, on the night of October 31, Russian troops attacked railway infrastructure in two Ukrainian regions – Sumy and Kharkiv. The strikes damaged Ukrzaliznytsia facilities and rolling stock, and one passenger train was forced to divert.
