On the night of August 12, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile, a Kh-31P anti-radar missile, and Kh-35 guided air-to-air missiles. The occupiers also launched 138 attack drones.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported this.
The attack lasted from 6:00 PM on August 11. The main areas of attack were the Sumy and Odessa regions.
According to the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces, as of 09:00, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed or suppressed 112 hostile Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of unmanned aerial vehicles.
Drones were neutralized in the north, south and east of Ukraine.
At the same time, Russian air strikes were recorded at 16 locations. Debris from downed or suppressed targets fell at two more locations.
