On the night of October 21, Russia launched a combined attack on Ukraine, using missiles and nearly a hundred attack drones.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported this.

“On the night of October 21 (from 19:00 on October 20), the enemy attacked with 2 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles from the Bryansk region, 4 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the Kursk region, 98 Shahed and Gerber attack UAVs and other drones in Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russian Federation, Chauda, Gvardeyskoye – TOT Crimea, about 70 of them were “shahids,” the report says.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned aerial systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, air defense forces shot down/suppressed 58 enemy Shahed, Gerber and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country.

Missile and 37 attack UAV hits were recorded at 10 locations, as well as the fall of downed UAVs (debris) at 2 locations.

“The attack is ongoing, and there are several hostile UAVs in the airspace. Observe safety regulations,” the defenders added.

As a reminder, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated data on the Russian army’s losses in the war against Ukraine. In the course of the day on October 20, Ukrainian troops destroyed 1,130 occupiers, eight tanks, and 37 armored combat vehicles .
