Russia carried out 233 attacks on the front in a day: which directions were the hottest

Over the past 24 hours, 233 combat clashes were recorded on the front. Russian troops launched one missile strike and 91 air strikes, used over 10,600 kamikaze drones, and carried out over three thousand shelling of Ukrainian military positions and settlements.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the morning briefing on August 7.

According to the military, the occupiers fired one missile, dropped 308 guided bombs, used 10,621 kamikaze drones, and carried out 3,176 shelling attacks.

At the same time, aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck two drone control points, six artillery systems, and 18 areas of concentration of enemy manpower.

One clash occurred in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions .

In the South Slobozhansk direction, Russian troops carried out 20 attacks.

In the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled two attacks.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to break through the defense eight times.

In the Slavyansk direction, the invaders carried out 16 assaults.

Four attacks were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction .

In the Konstantinivka direction, the enemy carried out 25 attacks.

In the Pokrovsky direction, the Defense Forces stopped 26 enemy assault actions.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the occupiers tried to advance twice.

In the Hulyaipil direction, Russian troops carried out 10 attacks.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Ukrainian military repelled one attack.

The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Dnieper direction .

No signs of enemy offensive formations were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions .
