Russia has carried out nearly 1,500 drone strikes and more than 70 missiles in Ukraine in a week.

Over the past week, the Russian army has carried out massive attacks on Ukrainian territory, using nearly 1,500 attack drones, 1,170 guided bombs, and more than 70 missiles of various types.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on his Telegram channel.

“Almost every night, Russia strikes our people with various types of weapons. Since last night, there have been strikes on our communities – in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Odesa. Unfortunately, there have been casualties. My condolences to all who have lost loved ones in these attacks,” the head of state said.

According to the president, over the past week, Russian troops have launched nearly 1,500 attack drones, more than 1,000 guided bombs, and 70 missiles at Ukrainian cities.

“There were hits on ordinary residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, and numerous terrorist attacks on the energy sector. I thank each and every one of those who helped after these attacks—our rescuers, energy workers, medical workers, and all emergency services,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

The President announced that Ukraine has already coordinated assistance with international partners. The United States, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Spain, and the European Commission have joined the Energy Support Fund or the supply of necessary equipment.

“Thank you to everyone who is with Ukraine,” the president concluded.

As a reminder, on the night of November 1, Russian troops launched a suicide drone strike on a truck parking lot in the Odessa region. The attack killed two people and injured several others.
