Russian troops have launched an offensive in yet another direction in the Kharkov region, attempting to draw off the reserves of the defense forces from the Kupyansk direction.

This was reported by military man Stanislav Bunyatov (Osman), platoon commander of the Aidar battalion.

“Rusnya has opened another direction in the Kharkov region to draw our reserves away from Kupyansk. In general, the situation is not very favorable: the large length of the border allows the enemy to act almost along the entire line,” he noted.

According to him, due to the lack of reserves, Ukrainian units have to “put out fires on a targeted basis,” drawing on the forces of brigades that are already holding the line in other areas of the front.

Let us recall that during a telephone conversation on July 3, Vladimir Putin told Donald Trump that he was planning a new offensive in eastern Ukraine in the next two months.
