Russia has lost a Ka-52 Alligator combat helicopter.

The Russian occupation army has lost another Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopter, which is actively used in the war against Ukraine.

This was reported by Militarnye, citing the Russian propaganda Telegram channel.

The basis for these conclusions was a message containing a photograph of the helicopter and condolences to the deceased pilot. However, the Russian side did not disclose the cause of the loss, nor the location and time of the incident.

The Ka-52 is regularly used to strike Ukrainian Defense Forces positions and intercept Ukrainian long-range drones. According to the analytical resource Oryx, Russia has already lost over 60 helicopters of this type since the start of the full-scale war.
