Russia has stepped up attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure: the Ministry of Energy explained the consequences.

In recent weeks, Russia has intensified attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. Energy equipment and high-voltage networks that transmit electricity between regions are under attack.

This was reported by the press center of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

The agency noted that due to damage, the power system temporarily lost some of its ability to transmit electricity to consumers.
