“A significant number of enemy UAVs are moving towards the region and the city,” said Ternopil City Council Mayor Serhiy Nadal and urged people to take cover.

After a series of explosions, smoke appeared in the city, power went out in some places, and public transport was temporarily stopped.

“The part of Ternopil without electricity is several neighborhoods, including the Center and Novy Svit,” Nadal noted.

Residents were also asked to close their windows and not publish photos or videos from the impact sites.
