Russia hits Kyiv with missiles: 12 people injured, including two children

On the night of Thursday, September 17, Russian occupation forces attacked Kyiv with rockets. Residential buildings, offices, and warehouses were damaged in several areas of the capital. 12 people are known to have been injured, including two children.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and the Kyiv City Military Administration reported on the consequences of the attack. According to the Kyiv City State Administration, nine victims were hospitalized.

In the Dnipro district, debris fell in several places. An office building and residential buildings were damaged, and debris also fell on the territory of warehouses and near a gas station. In one place, the facade and windows of a three-story office building were damaged.

A non-residential building was hit in the Svyatoshynskyi district. A warehouse building was previously damaged in the Solomyanskyi district.

Among the injured are two children, aged 10 and 12. Klitschko said nine people were taken to hospitals. Emergency services continue to work on the scene and assess the consequences of the attack.
