Russia hits locomotive in Mykolaiv region: no passengers injured

Russian troops again attacked Ukrzaliznytsia passenger rolling stock – this time a locomotive in the Mykolaiv region came under attack.

According to the carrier, all passengers were safe and uninjured during the attack.

After the alarm was lifted, railway workers quickly found a backup locomotive and resumed traffic. Trains No. 101/102 Mykolaiv – Lozova and No. 206 Mykolaiv – Kherson departed with a delay of over two hours and a little over an hour, respectively.

Ukrzaliznytsia emphasizes that traffic in front-line regions is not being stopped, but passengers are urged to carefully follow the instructions of the train crew.
