Russia is actively preparing for war with NATO: Ukrainian intelligence data

Ukrainian intelligence has data on the Kremlin’s active preparations for a potential armed conflict with NATO.

This was stated by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Defense’s Department of Defense Vadym Skibitsky during the RBC-Ukraine forum “Energy that Holds Ukraine”, Ukrinform reports .

He emphasized that this is confirmed by documents that Ukrainian intelligence has reviewed.

In particular, according to him, one of the points in the concept of the Russian Minister of Defense mentions the preparation of the Russian army for war with the North Atlantic Alliance.

“The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, when he presented the concept of the Russian Federation’s armaments until 2036 in June, clearly defined in the first point that this concept is intended, most importantly, one of its main tasks is to prepare the military forces of the Russian Federation to wage war with NATO until 2030,” Skibitsky emphasized.

Recall, the former commander of US Army Forces in Europe, General Ben Hodges, stated that if Russia decides to start a war against a NATO member country, the military response will be immediate and devastating .

By the way, the EU has begun active preparations for a potential war with Russia — the European Commission has developed a plan to prepare countries for combat readiness by 2030.
