Russia is massively attacking Ukraine’s railways, delaying dozens of trains for hours.

On September 13, Russian troops attacked railway infrastructure in various regions of Ukraine. Due to the strikes, evacuations, and detours, a significant number of trains were delayed for several hours.

This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia .

“A systemic attack on the railway continues across the country, and our monitoring center and all personnel are on high alert,” the company noted.

Ukrzaliznytsia reported that following the locomotive strike in Yagodina, train service to and from Warsaw has resumed. However, service remains significantly delayed.

Trains heading to Dnipro continue to operate along a detour route. This is causing delays to services to Dnipro, Zaporizhia, and Kryvyi Rih.

Sumy region remains one of the regions with the highest number of air raid alerts, so trains from Konotop are moving with extreme caution.
