Russia plans to change its attack tactics and strike not only at energy, but also at critical infrastructure — in particular, railways and water supply systems.

This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky, citing intelligence data.

According to him, in the winter the enemy tried to break Ukraine with strikes on the energy sector.

“It was very difficult for us because they persistently hit us, destroying the possibilities for heating and generating electricity,” Zelensky noted.

At the same time, he added that Russia is currently partially exhausted in missiles and drones.

The President explained that in the spring and summer, strikes on the energy sector will no longer have such an effect, so the enemy may change its goals.

“Judging by the documents we received from intelligence, the Russians will attack logistics – the railway and other things. They will also attack the water supply,” he said.

This includes, in particular, bridges, dams, hydroelectric power plants, pumping stations, and drinking water supply systems.

Zelensky stressed that the country must prepare for such threats.

“Every village and city must know what is critical. Maximum protection is needed,” the president emphasized.

We will remind, at the end of March, President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the Russian side was preparing an operation against water supply systems in Ukraine.

According to him, current targets for Russian attacks are water supplies, reservoirs, dams, logistics , etc.
