Russia launched 113 drones over Ukraine: how it tested its air defense

On the night of October 15, starting at 10:50 p.m. on October 14, Russia carried out one of the largest air attacks in recent times, using 113 strike drones of various types.
This was reported by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to information, the enemy attacked from several directions – Millerovo, Bryansk, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk. About 50 “Shaheeds”, as well as Gerber-type drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles of unknown types, took part in the airstrike.
The attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile systems, mobile fire groups, electronic warfare units, and unmanned systems forces of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of this morning (08:30), air defense forces managed to shoot down or suppress 86 enemy drones in the northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country. However, they failed to completely repel the attack – 26 hits were recorded at 11 different locations, as well as the fall of debris from downed UAVs at another location.
