Russia launched a combined strike on Vinnytsia region: a seven-year-old child was killed

On the night of October 30, Vinnytsia Oblast came under enemy missile and drone attack, resulting in the death of a seven-year-old child.

This was reported by the deputy head of the regional military administration, Natalia Zabolotna.

According to her, there were 90 Russian drones and 23 cruise missiles in the airspace of Vinnytsia region.

The attack resulted in civilian casualties — four adults and a seven-year-old girl who died in hospital.

“The girl was taken to the hospital in extremely serious condition. Doctors fought for her life, but, unfortunately, she could not be saved,” the official noted.

Two adults were taken to the hospital in moderate condition. The other victims received minor injuries and refused to be hospitalized.

There are also reports of damage to critical and civilian infrastructure in the region. In particular, 23 residential buildings were damaged, one of which housed 21 people. The families have now been evacuated, and commissions are conducting an inspection of the building to determine its continued use.

Rescuers, law enforcement officers, and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) are working at the scene of the attacks. The liquidation and recording of the consequences of the damage are ongoing.

It is worth noting that Russian troops launched a massive combined strike on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure , using 705 airstrikes.
