Consequences of the attack on Kyiv and the region

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that two injured people, a woman and a child, were taken to hospitals from a Kyiv suburb. According to preliminary reports, debris fell in a private residence.

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, initially reported a fire on the roof of a multi-story building in the Svyatoshinsky district, but the Kyiv City Military Administration later clarified that the information about damage to the building was not confirmed.

Mykola Kalashnik, Chairman of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, reported that a 49-year-old man died in the Fastiv district. Five private homes were damaged. Eight people, including a child, were rescued from the rubble. Overall, damage was reported in five districts of the Kyiv region.

A private home in the Boryspil district was damaged, and a woman was injured by broken glass. A fire also broke out in a farm building.

In the Brovarsky district, 10 premises in a garage cooperative were damaged.

In the Bucha district, two private houses and a car were damaged.

Damage to warehouses and a private home was reported in the Obukhovsky District. Emergency services are working on the ground.

Strikes in the south and east

Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported a massive drone attack on energy infrastructure facilities in the Odesa region. The strikes caused large-scale fires, which rescuers have already extinguished. There were no casualties or injuries.

Vitaly Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration , noted that the Mykolaiv energy infrastructure was damaged by the “shahid” attack. Approximately 16,000 customers were left without power. There were no casualties.

In Kharkiv, a Molniya drone was detected hitting high-rise buildings in the Shevchenkivskyi district on the evening of February 21. Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this. There were no reports of casualties, and the consequences are being investigated.
