Russia launched a massive drone attack on northern Ukraine: air defense neutralized 48 hostile targets

On the afternoon of September 2, Russia launched another massive suicide drone strike on the northern regions of Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported this.
The enemy launched 53 Shahed-type attack drones and several drone imitators from the northern direction, most of which were heading towards Kyiv.
As of 16:00, Ukrainian air defense has destroyed or suppressed 48 enemy drones. New groups of Russian drones are being recorded in the skies over Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
Let us recall that the morning of September 2 in Kiev and the Kiev region began with an air raid alarm and an attack by enemy “shahids”. Russian troops attacked the capital of Ukraine and nearby areas with attack drones. Air defense is actively operating in the region.
