Russia launched a new fake about Ukraine selling Western weapons – TsPD

Russia is once again spreading information about the alleged sale of Western weapons received by Ukraine on the black market. This time, the Russian FSB announced tens of thousands of NATO weapons that allegedly ended up in Europe and Mexican drug cartels.
This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation.
The FSB claims that 60,000 NATO weapons previously transferred to Ukraine have ended up on the black market. The Russian intelligence service has not provided evidence for its claims.
The Central Military Commission called this information another Russian fake. They emphasized that a system of accounting and control of Western weapons operates in Ukraine, which also involves supplier countries.
According to the Center, since 2022, inspections have not confirmed the sale by Ukraine of weapons received from partners on the black market.
The CPD believes that Russia has returned to this topic to undermine the trust of Western partners in Ukraine and cast doubt on further military assistance.
