Russia launched over 130 drones at Ukraine: how many were neutralized by air defenses

On the night of November 20, Ukraine’s air defense neutralized 106 of the 136 Russian drones launched.

This was stated in a statement by the Ukrainian Air Force.

“On the night of November 20 (from 18:00 on November 19), the enemy attacked with 136 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera type and drones of other types in the directions of Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Bryansk, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russian Federation, Gvardeyskoye – TOT Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the report said.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned aerial systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, air defense forces shot down/suppressed 106 hostile Shahed, Gerber and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country.

As of the morning of November 20, the attack continues, with several hostile UAVs in the airspace.
