Russia strikes high-rise building in Dnipro: many injured
Russian troops attacked a residential building in Dnipro . At least seven people were injured in the attack.
The head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional state administration, Alexander Ganzha, reported this.
A 14-story residential building was hit. The building sustained damage to walls, balconies, windows, and a utility floor. Fires broke out on the two upper floors.
Initially, three victims were reported, including a 74-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman. They were hospitalized in serious condition with shrapnel wounds, lacerations, and traumatic brain injuries.
The number of injured subsequently rose to seven. Four people were hospitalized: two are in serious condition, and two are in moderate condition. The remaining victims are undergoing outpatient treatment.
