Russia strikes Khmelnytskyi and Odessa regions: there are casualties and destruction

The Russian army attacked the Khmelnytskyi and Odessa regions on the night of September 24. In the Khmelnytskyi region, a drone hit a residential high-rise building, and in the Odessa region, two people were injured as a result of a massive attack.
This was announced by the heads of the Khmelnytskyi and Odessa OVAs, Serhiy Tyurin and Oleh Kiper.
Khmelnytskyi region has been under attack by Russian UAVs since night. Air defense forces have been operating on enemy targets, and there have been some downings.
A residential multi-storey building was hit in the regional center. All necessary services were dispatched to the scene. No people were injured, it was previously reported.
Meanwhile, that night, Russia carried out a massive combined attack on the civilian infrastructure of the Odessa region. A hospital, a gymnasium, residential buildings, a shopping center, warehouses, and other civilian facilities were hit.
The attack damaged a 10-story non-residential building, a previously attacked shopping center, the roof of a city hospital department, and food warehouses. The windows of a gymnasium and residential buildings were broken, and cars were damaged.
Two people were injured. They are receiving medical attention.
All relevant services are working at the scene of the strikes. Law enforcement officers are documenting the consequences of yet another Russian war crime.
Earlier it was reported that two people were killed and eight others were injured in a nighttime ballistic attack in Kyiv. Debris was reported to fall in several areas of the capital, as well as destruction and fires.
