Russia strikes Odessa: high-rise building damaged, many injured
On the night of Thursday, September 3, Russian occupation forces struck Odessa. The attack damaged a 21-story apartment building. Apartments on the 10th to 17th floors were damaged. 17 people are known to have been injured, including three children.
This was reported by the head of the Odessa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.
Initially, Lysak reported eight casualties in the attack.
“Enemy attack on Odessa. High-rise building damaged,” he wrote.
The relevant services are working on the scene. The injured are being provided with the necessary assistance.
As of 07:00, the number of victims has increased to 17. Among them are three children.

“Apartments from the 10th to the 17th floors of a 21-story residential building were damaged. As well as cars. The elimination of the consequences of the attack is ongoing,” Lysak reported.
