Russia strikes Varus and ATB warehouses in Kyiv region

Russian troops attacked the warehouses of two large retail chains in the Kyiv region on the night of August 31. The Varus and ATB facilities were hit.

This was reported by representatives of Varus and the Ukrainian Retailers Association.

Varus said that the Russian attack caused significant damage to the warehouse. Some of the goods were damaged or completely destroyed.

Because of this, the network warned of possible delays in delivery. Also, some products may temporarily disappear from store shelves in the near future.

At the same time, there are no injuries among Varus employees. All stores in the chain continue to operate as usual, and the company is already restoring supplies.

In addition, the Russians attacked ATB warehouses in the village of Pogreby, Brovary district.

According to the Kyiv Regional State Administration, four people were injured in the attack on the region. In the Brovary district, Russian strikes damaged warehouses and a retail establishment.

In the Boryspil district, three warehouses and an apartment building were damaged. The region is currently eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack.

Recall that on August 27, Russian occupation forces attacked the Roshen logistics facility in the village of Chubynske, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, with seven drones . As a result of the strike, a warehouse of finished confectionery products was destroyed.
