Russia struck Sumy with four KABs: one person killed

Russian forces attacked Sumy with four guided bombs on August 11. The strike killed one person and damaged more than 20 private homes and civilian infrastructure.

This was reported by the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar.

According to him, the Russians launched four strikes on the city. The hits were recorded in the Zarichny and Kovpakiv districts.

According to preliminary information, a man was near one of the strike sites. He died as a result of the Russian attack.

In addition, the explosions damaged more than 20 private residential buildings and civilian infrastructure.

There is currently no information about other victims.

Emergency services are working at the sites of Russian strikes. Specialists are examining damaged buildings and determining the final consequences of the attack.

Information about the extent of the damage and possible casualties continues to be clarified.
