Russia struck the Izmail port: what are the consequences?

It later became known that the number of people injured in Kyiv as a result of the massive Russian attack on the night of October 22 had risen to 21, with two people killed.
In addition, on October 2, Russians launched a massive attack on a private kindergarten in Kharkiv , with children injured.
