The Russian occupation forces treat their drones with toxic substances before launching, in particular the “Shahedas”.

This was stated by Tamara Koval, a master of the strike unmanned systems department of the 3rd motorized infantry battalion of the 58th motorized rifle brigade, on the air of News.LIVE.

“For our safety, we do not contact enemy drones, even if they have not detonated,” she noted.

At the same time, the military stressed that the Ukrainian military never uses such “dirty” methods of combat, adhering to safety and humanity standards.

Koval urged Ukrainian civilians not to try to independently inspect the sites of drone crashes, but to report them to the military.

“No drone that comes from an unknown source should be touched at all,” she explained.

Recall that Vladimir Putin may resort to using much more deadly chemical weapons against Ukraine in the event of a protracted or stalemate situation in the war.
