For the first time, Ukraine has recorded the use of a port in temporarily occupied Mariupol for the supply of armored vehicles.

This was reported by the head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, Petr Andryushchenko.

On the night of July 3, Russians completely blocked traffic along Primorsky Boulevard and Lunina Avenue to Lunina Square from both sides, allowing traffic only with registration or residence permit until 05:00. At this time, military and civilian tractors were removing armored vehicles from the territory of the port and ship repair plant – BMPs and tanks were spotted being transported in the direction of the Zaporizhia region.

Andryushchenko emphasized that this is the first recorded case of the full use of the Mariupol port for military purposes during the entire occupation. The Russians are changing logistics due to problems in the Zaporizhia region, so the importance of the Berdyansk port will decrease, and the role of the Mariupol port, on the contrary, will grow, which, according to the expert, is negative news for Ukraine.
