Russia will continue to massively attack Ukraine: the Russian General Staff revealed its plans

Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov announced plans to continue carrying out massive strikes on Ukrainian cities.
This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
In particular, Gerasimov summed up the results for the spring-summer period, noting that the Russian Federation allegedly attacks “exclusively military facilities.”
“According to the plan of the General Staff, targeted massive fire strikes are continuing exclusively against military facilities and facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine,” he said.
Gerasimov explained that some of the shelling is carried out by the Russian army jointly with the FSB.
The Russian official emphasized that the Russian Federation will continue offensive actions, fulfilling the tasks set for the “special military operation.”
As a reminder, on the night of August 28, Kyiv suffered one of the largest attacks in recent months . Russian forces simultaneously used strike drones, ballistic and cruise missiles, which led to large-scale destruction in several areas of the city.
By the way, on August 29, emergency and search operations were completed in Kyiv at the site of a Russian missile strike on a residential building. According to the KMVA, 25 people died as a result of the attack on the capital .
It is worth noting that on August 29, Ukraine called an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council amid the massive Russian attack.
