The intensity of assault operations by Russian troops at the front is increasing again after the winter recession.

This is reported by the OSINT project DeepState based on combat statistics.

The largest number of attacks is recorded in the Pokrovsky direction – over 500. The enemy is pressing towards Hryshynye, trying to penetrate deep into the defenses and at the same time suffering losses. The enemy is also accumulating forces in the city and regrouping.

The second most active area is the Kostyantynivka direction. Russian troops are probing the defenses of Ukrainian forces, looking for weak spots for a breakthrough, and trying to gain a foothold in the direction of the city. Key points include Illinivka and Berestok.

High activity is also being recorded in the Hulyaipol direction, where the enemy is trying to advance deep into the Ukrainian defenses. The largest number of breakthrough attempts are taking place in the Zaliznychne area.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy is using additional forces, accumulating and trying to gain a foothold in new positions. Analysts are paying particular attention to the Fedorivka Druh – Novomarkovo section.

Pressure is also growing in the Lyman direction, where the Russians have transferred additional resources. Ukrainian military personnel, in particular fighters from the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade, are repelling enemy mechanized assaults.

Analysts note that improving weather conditions are affecting the dynamics of the fighting. Russian troops are intensifying their assaults, but Ukrainian forces are gaining more opportunities to destroy the enemy.

It was previously reported that information about the alleged advance of Russian troops into Vovchansk and Synkivka in the Kharkiv region is not true.

As a reminder, the Russian occupation forces launched a spring-summer campaign, trying to break through the main line of defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
