Russian army attacked a nine-story building in Sumy: 40 people evacuated

A Russian strike drone hit a nine-story apartment building in Sumy. Rescuers evacuated about 40 residents after the attack.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

According to the State Emergency Service, the drone hit the roof of a high-rise building, causing a fire.

Rescuers quickly extinguished the fire on the roof of the building and evacuated people from the danger zone.

A Russian drone also hit a parking lot. The attack caused a car to catch fire and about ten other vehicles to be damaged.

The fire was quickly extinguished, preventing it from spreading.

According to preliminary information, no one was injured in either attack.
