From 19:30 on Thursday, August 14, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Voronezh and Bryansk regions, as well as 97 Shahed-type strike UAVs and drone imitators of various types in the directions: Kursk, Orel, Bryansk, Primorskoye-.
Attack UAVs attacked frontline areas of the Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, and Chernihiv regions, and missiles attacked the Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions.
The air attack was repelled by aircraft, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00 on Friday, August 15, air defense shot down/suppressed 63 Shahed-type UAVs and drone imitators of various types in the north and east of Ukraine.
Missile and drone hits were recorded at 13 locations.
