Kiper emphasized that Russia is deliberately attacking Ukraine’s transport hubs and export opportunities, and is also killing civilians. He called on the world community to respond harshly to such attacks, noting that safe shipping should be the norm, not the exception.
On the night of Thursday, July 3, Odessa was attacked by Russian drones . As a result of the strike, five people were injured, including two children.
