Russian army is trying to increase activity at the front — Zelensky

The situation at the front remains tense, as enemy units are trying to increase their assault activity.

This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy after the report of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky.

According to him, the activity of the Russians only increases their losses and does not lead to disruptions in the operations of the Ukrainian troops.

As the president emphasized, the Russians were unable to achieve their goals in the border regions of Sumy, Kharkiv, and Donetsk regions. The occupiers are delaying the deadlines they set.

In addition, the Defense Forces are implementing tasks on the southern sections of the front.

“I thank every unit, every soldier, sergeant and officer for this,” Zelensky assured.

It was previously reported that the occupiers plan to use gas pipes to conduct offensive operations in the Orikhiv direction in the Zaporizhia region.

Let us remind you that the day before, on March 31, 171 combat clashes took place at the front – the enemy massively attacked with drones, aviation, and artillery , but the Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding back the onslaught and striking back.
