Russian attack on Odessa region: movement to the border with Moldova restricted

In the Odessa region, traffic was restricted to certain checkpoints on the border with Moldova due to a Russian air attack. Russia struck a critical infrastructure facility in the region.

This was reported by the State Border Service of Ukraine.

As a result of the shelling, traffic on the Odesa-Reni highway was temporarily suspended. The situation remains tense, and relevant services are working on the scene.

Border guards urge citizens to refrain from traveling in this direction until the situation stabilizes.

Earlier, it was reported that a Russian strike drone hit a civilian car traveling on a bridge in the Odessa region. The attack killed a woman and hospitalized her three children.

As a reminder, Russian occupiers shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A man died as a result of the attack.
