Russian Banderol missile flew into Moldova during attack on Ukraine

During the Russian attack on the afternoon of August 17, one of the missiles flew from the territory of Ukraine to Moldova. It was a Russian small-sized cruise missile “Banderol”.

This is reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the military, the “Banderol” was moving through the Odessa region, after which it crossed the state border towards Moldova.

“Banderol” is a Russian small-sized cruise missile with a jet engine.

What happened to the missile after crossing the border is currently unknown. The Air Force has not yet provided any other details.
