Russian drone hits car of foreign journalists in Slavyansk

A Russian drone attacked a car carrying foreign journalists in Slavyansk. The strike took place on September 24, burning down the journalists’ equipment and protective gear.

This was reported by Ukrainian producer of foreign media Volodymyr Kurinny.

At the time of the attack, the journalists were in a nearby building, so none of them were injured.

Media representatives included Swedish writer Mustafa Can and Spanish photographer Diego Herrera.

“The journalists themselves were in a nearby building at the time of the impact, so, fortunately, they were not injured. But all the cameras, laptops, and protective equipment burned down,” Kurinnyi said.

According to him, the journalists’ car was also damaged as a result of the attack.
