Russian forces have again struck civilians in the Kharkiv region, this time a drone struck a car. The attack claimed the lives of two people, and several more injured people were taken to hospitals.

This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.

In the Kharkiv region, a Russian drone attacked a civilian car traveling near a settlement. The strike killed two civilians and injured four more people.

According to preliminary data, the strike was carried out near the village of Prudyanka. The drone directly hit a car carrying civilians. All the victims were women.

The injured with injuries of varying severity were urgently hospitalized. Doctors are providing them with the necessary assistance, some of the victims are in serious condition.

The scene of the attack is being inspected by law enforcement and emergency services. The circumstances of the strike and the type of drone used are being established. Another shelling of civilian transport once again confirms the targeted attacks of Russian troops on the civilian population of the Kharkiv region.

As a reminder, on Tuesday, January 22, at 10:50 p.m. , Russian troops shelled the village of Cherkaske in the Kramatorsk district . The target was a private sector hit by a Geran-2 drone.

As reported, in Kryvyi Rih, mining rescuers raised to the surface workers from two mines who were blocked underground due to a power outage after Russian shelling of the city.
