This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Yaroslav Shanko, the head of the Kherson Military District Oleksandr Prokudin, and the regional department of the State Emergency Service.

According to Shank, one of the retail outlets in the Dnipro district of the city was destroyed as a result of the strike. After the hit, a fire broke out there, completely burning down the equipment and goods.

Prokudin reported that Russian troops attacked the Central District of Kherson with a drone that night. The strike caused a large-scale fire that engulfed several retail outlets. Rescuers from the State Emergency Service extinguished the fire.

According to the State Emergency Service, two-story shop buildings in various areas of the city also caught fire after being hit by Russian drones. In one case, the fire engulfed the roof of a residential building, in another, an outbuilding.

In particular, rescuers noted that the Russian military repeatedly tried to strike again at the places where emergency workers were working. Despite the danger, the fire was extinguished. There were no injuries.
