On Monday, October 6, two drones attacked an oil refinery in the Tyumen region of Russia, damaging a distillation column and part of the water supply system.

This was reported by the Astra Telegram channel.

According to information, the attack occurred on the evening of October 6. Previously, this plant was called the Antipinsky Refinery – the largest independent oil refinery in Russia with a capacity of about 7.5 million tons per year.

The authorities of the Tyumen region officially announced that they had “neutralized” three drones on the territory of the plant. According to them, the operatives prevented explosions, explosions and fires were avoided, there were no injuries, and all nearby facilities continue to operate as usual.

However, local residents reported two powerful explosions, and many fire engines appeared on the streets of the city.

Recall, on the evening of Monday, October 6, explosions were heard in Tyumen, Russia, after a drone attack on an industrial facility.

As reported, a large-scale fire continues at an oil depot in Feodosia in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea . The fire, which broke out on the night of October 6, has spread to other fuel tanks.
