Russian “shaheeds” hit residential areas of Kharkiv: many injured

On Wednesday, March 25, Russian occupation forces attacked Kharkiv with strike drones. Damage was recorded in the Kholodnohirsk and Novobavarsk districts.

This was reported by the city mayor Igor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Synegubov.

In the Kholodnohirsky district, the attack occurred near a residential building. Cars caught fire – nine were damaged, three were completely destroyed. Windows in apartments were also broken. There are injured people at the scene.

In the Novobavarsky district, the impact occurred on the territory of the private sector. The gas network was damaged and a fire broke out on the roof of one of the houses. Windows were broken in several private and apartment buildings. There are also casualties.

According to Oleg Synegubov, six people have been injured in Kharkiv so far:

“Women aged 66, 70, 84 and a 71-year-old man were injured by the blast. One of the women is in serious condition. An acute stress reaction was recorded in a 48-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl. All are receiving the necessary qualified medical assistance.”

“In the first case, the strike occurred near a residential building. Cars caught fire, windows were broken, and there were casualties. In the second case, the private sector was hit: the gas network and roof were damaged, and windows in several houses were broken. All emergency services are working on the ground. But enemy drones are circling around Kharkiv — be careful,” Terekhov added.

Local services continue to eliminate the consequences of the attacks and provide assistance to the victims.

As reported, Russian occupation forces struck an energy facility in the Chernihiv region . The attack left about 150,000 people without electricity.
