A number of settlements in various regions of Ukraine were left without electricity due to hostilities, shelling of energy facilities, and difficult weather conditions.

This was announced by Deputy Minister of Energy Artem Nekrasov.

According to him, consumers in four regions — Kharkiv, Sumy, Zaporizhia, and Odessa — were left without power as a result of enemy attacks and hostilities.

Currently, specialists are working to ensure the stable operation of the energy infrastructure.

In addition, more than 30 settlements in Kyiv, Odessa, and Ternopil regions are without electricity. Power lines there are damaged, and regional energy brigades are working to restore them.

Currently, hourly power outage schedules for residential consumers and measures to limit the hourly power outage schedule are in effect throughout Ukraine. Emergency power outages are in effect in some regions amid the difficult situation in the power system.

It was previously reported that the blackout schedules may soon worsen due to previous shelling and a lack of generation.

It is worth noting that on February 3 , Russia struck the most powerful blow to Ukraine’s energy infrastructure since the beginning of 2026. Electricity generation and distribution facilities came under attack.
